What it showed them
“I had been having a really difficult time trying to decide if I should leave a women’s group for over a year. Turns out I was basing this decision on some things that were actually out of my control! I have felt a lot more peace about my decision since.”
Rachel S.Coach & sales rep
“The moment that really stood out was the moment I finally admitted what I actually wanted. When I told my husband, he apparently wasn’t even surprised! He said he’d been waiting for me to say it…”
Fiona T.Wife & nurse
“The stage on what other voices are affecting my decisions really was so helpful. I had no idea that there were too many cooks in the kitchen. It was challenging but so needed.”
Emily P.Biblical counselor
You have prayed about it. More than once.
You asked a few people. You got four different answers.
You keep waiting for it to feel clear. It has not.
Is that too much to ask? No.
Six things are tangled into one question.
They all feel the same inside. They do not have the same answer.
So you pray about the whole knot. And nothing comes clear.
That last one is the one almost nobody names. It is usually the reason the choice will not move. I will tell you what it is further down this page.
You go to bed and the loop does not start. It is on paper now. Paper holds it better than 2am does.
Someone asks what you decided. You have a real answer. Not “I am still praying about it.” An actual sentence.
The doubt shows up Thursday night. You read the page you wrote on Monday. It tells you why you chose this.
The next hard choice comes. You know what to do first. You have a way through now. It does not leave when this one is over.
What is included
Name what you are carrying today. Find out if the hurry is telling you the truth.
You stop trying to think clearly while everything in you is ringing.
Pull the knot apart. Sort each piece into yours to decide, yours to influence, or never yours.
You put down four things that were never yours. The choice gets small enough to hold.
Lay out every voice in the choice. Take the one you cannot shake. Run it through seven questions.
The loudest voice stops winning just for being loud.
Find out if something is really missing. If it is, turn it into one task with a name and a date.
You stop gathering forever and calling it discernment.
Say what you want. Take the smallest true step. Write down why.
Thursday's doubt cannot undo what you decided on Monday. You have never said what you want. Not out loud. Not to anyone who could do something about it.
That is the first question in Stage Five. It comes before the step on purpose. You cannot discern a choice you are not in.

I would pray about the same thing for months. I would ask five people. I would wait for a feeling that did not come, and then wonder what was wrong with me that everyone else seemed to hear God and I did not.
What I finally figured out is that I was never bad at hearing. I was bad at sorting. I was handing God a knot of six things and asking for one answer.
I am Gabi. I teach Christian women to tell the difference between God’s leading and their own fear, so they can decide and stop circling.
This is the process I built for myself first. It is the one I have walked women through for years, and this is the first time it has been on paper.

Nothing bad happens if you close this page. The choice will still be here next month.
That is the problem. Waiting is not neutral. Things settle while you are not looking. Then you are living inside a result you never picked.
That is how a woman ends up resentful about a life she never chose.
Two hours. Twenty-three dollars.

You do not need to be more spiritual than you already are.
You need it out of your head and onto paper, in an order, where you can look at it.
